WRESTLING RECAP: Breaking down WWE SmackDown from 07/30/15

(www.PlaytimeCares.com) - Much anticipation is leading up to Summer Slam (SS) PPV. The WWE need to maintain excitement levels for this big PPV that is a little over a month away.  This particular SmackDown episode did not bring any new feuds in the mix, and was only a tolerable show.

Some things I still need to happen in the WWE Universe:

1. Bring back the Cruiser Weight Division
2. Make all the matches mean something to some sort of belt or rivalry.  
3. Show more of the roster.  You guys recycle the same talent too much.
4. You may wish to consider bringing the Diva's division full circle and have them with Tag Title belts, lightweight belts, etc.
5. The Tag Team Division is starting to look better than the singles division.  Get more people graduated from NXT and get that division showcased more.

2. Kevin Owens comes out and goes to the commentary table
3. Rollins tries fight back but Cesaro counters all attempts
4. Owens attack Cesaro from behind
5. Cesaro wins via DQ

RAW recap of Lucha Dragons beating Los Matadores when the New Day bothers the Prime Time Players while they were doing commentary for the match

• The Ascension and The New Day VS Los Matadores and Lucha Dragons (Prime Time Players on commentary)

1. "New Day sucks" chants
2. The masked wrestlers showed great agility
3. The unmasked wrestlers showed great power
4. After 2 people try to tag into the match for the power team, Lucha Dragons get a roll up pin victory on The Ascension 
5.  Los Matadores and Lucha Dragons wins
6. 7 out of 10 for the match 

Kevin Owens is informed that he has a match.  Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins VS Cesaro and a partner of his choosing

Becky Lynch has a montage shown of her

Luke Harper gives Bray Wyatt credit for giving his life purpose.  Wyatt says he is here to fix a mistake.  Anyone but Roman Reigns

• Jack Swagger VS Rusev with Summer Rae

1. RAW recap of Lana getting payback on Summer Rae and Rusev
2. "USA" chants
3. Rusev says Lana's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable
4. Swagger uses his wrestling background to get an early advantage
5. Rusev and Swagger trade advantages all match
6. Rusev gets a hard fought submission victory
7. Rusev attacks Swagger after the match but gets put in an ankle lock instead

Cesaro is asked if he found a partner for tonight's match.  Cesaro says he has not and does not mind doing a 1 VS 2 match in no one wants to help.

Sheamus is interviewed and says that Randy Orton thought he got the best of him during the Battleground Pay Per View, but their fight isn't over.  Sheamus says he will attack Orton until he leaves the WWE.

1. The match is about to start, and the Dean Ambrose comes
2. The crowd erupts
3. All 4 men get into a long fight before the bell rings
4. Ambrose and Cesaro has the early advantage
5. Back and forth action all match
6. Cesaro takes advantage of him being the legal mind in the match and staying outside the ring
7. When Owens is attacking Ambrose, Cesaro attacks Owens from behind and gets a roll up pin victory 
8. Cesaro and Dean Ambrose wins
9. 7 out of 10 for the match
