WRESTLING RECAP: Playtime Williams breaks down WWE Raw from 02/22/16

( - One day after the WWE Pay Per View (PPV) Fastlane which means RAW has to come with fire because the next PPV is Wrestlemania!  This RAW started off with a nuclear bomb and fizzled out to a bang snap!

The WWE writers are dropping the ball big time by creating matches on the spur of the moment without any real build up.

Some things I still need to happen in the WWE Universe:

  1. Bring back the Cruiser Weight Division
  2. Make all the matches mean something to some sort of belt or rivalry.  
  3. Show more of the roster.  You guys recycle the same talent too much.
  4. You may wish to consider bringing the Diva's division full circle and have them with Tag Title belts, lightweight belts, etc. 
  5. The Tag Team Division is starting to look better than the singles division.  Get more people graduated from NXT and get that division showcased more.

  • The New Day wins a 6 man tag match versus Neville and the Lucha Dragons. Match Rating (MR):3

  • The Usos dominated The Ascension. MR: 2

  •  AJ Styles and Chris Jericho teams up to beat the Social Outcasts. MR: 2

  • The Wyatt Family picks up a payback win from their Fastlane lost to the Big Show, Ryback and Kane. MR: 2

  • Sasha Banks uses the bank statement to best Naomi. MR: 2

  • Roman Reigns should have won his match via count-out over Sheamus, but it ended up being a disqualification win. MR: 2
