NXT 414 on the WWE Network:

Verdict: You had 4 matches this episode.  2 of the 4 matches had you scratching your head and excited to see how the plot will unfold!

Episode tidbits

Lars Sullivan vs Danny Burch next week.

SAnitY vs The Undisputed Era in 2 weeks.

The Undisputed Era came and congratulated Roderick Strong after his match with Drew McIntyre.

Match 1: Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross defeated Peyton Royce and Billie Kay (Match Grade: C+)

Cross once again comes to the match late.  Cross gave the match a surge of energy.

Match 2:  Aleister Black versus Lio Rush ended in a No Contest (Match Grade: N/A)

The match never started because The Velveteen Dream attacked Rush before Black made it to the ring.  Dream yelled to Black that he will make Black acknowledge him.  We will have to wait for Rush's in-ring NXT debut.

Match 3: Kairi Sane defeats Aliya (Match Grade: C+)

Great in ring theatrics from Sane in route to her win.  This match needed to be longer.

Match 4: NXT Champion Drew McIntyre retains his title against Roderick Strong (Match Grade: B-)

Backbreakers always make for good entertainment.  Surprisingly, plenty of high risk moves throughout this match.
