WRESTLING RECAP: Breaking down WWE SmackDown from 09/10/15

(www.PlaytimeCares.com) - The Night of Champions (NOC) Pay Per View (PPV) is right around the corner practically, and outside of the Heavyweight/U.S. Champion, there isn't any truly meaningful matches with any true significance.  This episode of SmackDown, once again, hinted at a favorite heel possibly going after the belt of a popular face (Lumberjack interference).  Outside of that one caveat, this was just a regular SmackDown. 

Some things I still need to happen in the WWE Universe:

1. Bring back the Cruiser Weight Division
2. Make all the matches mean something to some sort of belt or rivalry.  
3. Show more of the roster.  You guys recycle the same talent too much.
4. You may wish to consider bringing the Diva's division full circle and have them with Tag Title belts, lightweight belts, etc.
5. The Tag Team Division is starting to look better than the singles division.  Get more people graduated from NXT and get that division showcased more.

The Wyatt Family comes to the ring

3. Says no one is safe if they get between a Wyatt Family feud

• Cesaro VS The Miz

1. Cesaro ribs are still damaged and wrapped up heavily
2. RAW recap of The Big Show coming after The Miz and KO punching Cesaro
3. Cesaro gets an early advantage on Miz, but the ribs proves to be a chink in the armor
4. Back and forth action
5. Cesaro catches Miz in a sharp shooter
6. Cesaro wins by submission
7. 7 out of 10 for this match

Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose interviewed on why Jimmy Uso is getting drugged in the Wyatt feud.  Reigns says it was Ambrose idea but he wasn't sure it was the right thing to do.  Ambrose said since they are all family, he knows Jimmy wants to help.  Jimmy comes out and says he can't wait to fight and he choose family over a Wyatt threat.

• Paige with Team PCB VS Sasha Banks with Team B.A.D.

1. RAW recap of Sasha Banks beating Paige by outside interference by Naomi
2. Before match begins, both teams get into it with each other
3. Referee sends both teams to the back to leave a true 1 on 1 match
4. Back and forth action
5. Paige gets smacked in the eye and the ref checks on her
6. Paige explodes from around the ref and spears Banks
7. All out brawl happens and another ref and both teams run from the back
8. "This is awesome" chants
9. No contest 
10. 7 out of 10 for the match

RAW recap of Seth Rollins losing for a second time that night and then Sting destroying the Rollins statue with a trash compactor truck.

Seth Rollins is interviewed about losing 2 matches on RAW and losing his statue.  Seth says he will crush Sting's dream of being the WWE Heavyweight champion just like Sting crushed his statue.  Rollins went on to say that he will also beat John Cena at NOC.  Sheamus comes out and says that Rollins may possibly have 3 matches at NOC and good luck.

• The New Day VS Dean Ambrose/Roman Reigns/Jimmy Uso

1. "New Day sucks!"
2. Back and forth action
3. Jimmy Uso came through with high energy and had the crowd excited
4. Xavier Woods and the trombone play is brilliantly done to antagonize the crowd
5. Just when The New Day looked as though they would lose, and with Jimmy Uso about to dive off the top rope, the lights goes off
6. When the lights comes back on, Braun Stroman has Jimmy in a submission hold at the top of the entrance ramp
7. Ambrose and Reigns runs towards the Wyatt Family but the lights goes off again
8. When the light comes back on, Jimmy is lying on the top of the ramp hurt
9. Wyatt voice comes over the speakers and says "They all fall down"
10. No contest
11. 8 out of 10 for the match

• Lucha Dragons VS The Ascension with Stardust

1. Quick match
2. Slight distraction from Stardust ensured The Ascension a victory
3. The Ascension with the pin victory
4. Ascension plus Stardust stomps on Lucha Dragons until Neville runs to the ring and clears it out
5. 7 out of 10 for the match

Team Bella interviewed about having Nikki defend her belt on the upcoming RAW.  Nikki sends the team away and says she will handle the interview by herself.  Nikki said Charlotte is afraid and jealous of her.  Charlotte comes out and says Nikki can call her what she wants, but after next week, Nikki will have to call her champion.  
All the superstars come from the back of the arena and heads to the ring.  The surround the ring in preparation for the upcoming Lumberjack match.

• Intercontinental Champion Ryback VS World Heavyweight and U.S. Champion Seth Rollins 

1. RAW recap of Sting distracting Rollins via the Jumbotron and Ryback taking advantage for the win
2. Ryback is dominating early
3. Despite Lumberjacks beating on Ryback, he continues to dominate the match
4. The Big Show beats on Ryback, KO punches Mark Henry then leaves the match
5. "This is awesome" chants
6. Lumberjacks starts fighting each other outside the ring, then the action spills into the ring
7. Lumberjacks beats up on Ryback in the ring
8. Seth tries to take advantage of a beaten Ryback, but Ryback still over powers him
9. Ryback was about to Shell Shock Rollins, but Kevin Owens grabs Ryback legs and causes him to fall over
10. Seth Rollins takes advantage of a stunned Ryback and delivers a pedigree
11. Rollins gets a pin victory
12. 7 out of 10 for the match
