WRESTLING RECAP: Breaking down WWE SmackDown from 11/12/15

(www.PlaytimeCares.com) - Survivor Series (SS) Pay Per View (PPV) is 10 days away.  Unfortunately, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins had a major injury and will be out of action for 6 to 9 months.  WWE writers decided to have a 16 man tournament for the vacant title that would culminate with a match at SS.  Sadly, for two weeks in a row, SmackDown was just a few steps above  a yawn.  Nothing truly special outside of one upset victory in the tournament for what I feel will be of no real consequence. 

Some things I still need to happen in the WWE Universe:

1. Bring back the Cruiser Weight Division
2. Make all the matches mean something to some sort of belt or rivalry.  
3. Show more of the roster.  You guys recycle the same talent too much.
4. You may wish to consider bringing the Diva's division full circle and have them with Tag Title belts, lightweight belts, etc.
5. The Tag Team Division is starting to look better than the singles division.  Get more people graduated from NXT and get that division showcased more.

Breaking news that Seth Rollins injured himself and had to vacate the World Heavyweight Title.  To crown a new champion, a 16 man tournament is held with the final 2 earning the title at a championship match at the Survivor Series (SS) Pay Per View (PPV).

The Wyatt Family comes to the ring 

1. RAW recap of Kane and The Undertaker coming back and beating up the entire Wyatt Family
2. "Undertaker" chants
3. Luke Harper says they will sacrifice The Usos to honor Bray Wyatt
4. Erick Rowan says they will bring pain and humiliation to anyone that opposes them
5. Brawn Strowman says he will annihilate anyone for the eater of worlds Bray Wyatt
6. Bray Wyatt says he has taken parts of Kane and Taker that they will never get back
7. Bray issues a challenge for a 2 on 2 match with the Wyatt Family at SS

• Fandango VS Braun Strowman 

1. Size difference too much
2. Quick match with Braun dominating
3. Fandango taps out
4. Submission win for Braun

• Neville VS King Barrett - WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament 1st Round 

1. RAW recap of soccer star Wayne Rooney slapping Barrett for taunting him
2. Back and forth action with Barrett getting the early advantage
3. Barrett gets cocky and taunts the commentators and crowd
4. Neville takes advantage of an unfocused Barrett
5. Barrett gets Neville in a bad spot, but stops to taunt the crowd
6. Neville reverses Barrett's hold and turns it into a DDT
7. Red Arrow finisher ends a long match
8. Pin victory for Neville
9. MR: 2 

The Usos interviewed about the Wyatt Family match tonight.  Usos say they are trying to get payback for getting beat up a few months ago.

• Kalisto VS Ryback - WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament 1st Round

1. Hand shake from Ryback to Kalisto starts a clap from the crowd
2. Kalisto uses he smaller size and quickness to make quick strikes on Ryback
3. Ryback counters but Kalisto keeps Ryback on the defensive
4. Kalisto lands his finisher from the top rope
5. Pin victory for Kalisto 
6. MR: 2

• U.S. Champion Alberto Del Rio with Zeb Colter VS Stardust - WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament 1st Round

1. Zeb said the United Kingdom is a nation of haters
2. Del Rio is aggressive early
3. Stardust has moments where he almost wins, but Del Rio always finds a way to kick free
4. Del Rio counters Stardust trying to do a top rope move and does his own top rope stomp on Stardust
5. Pin victory for Del Rio
6. MR: 2

RAW recap of Becky Lynch getting a pin victory over Paige.  Paige attacks Becky after the match until Charlotte comes out to make a save.

Roman Reigns interviewed about facing Cesaro and trying to get the Heavyweight title again.  Reigns says nothing Cesaro will do will stop him from getting to the belt.  Reigns is asked why he didn't take HHH's offer to join The Authority and be the champion right away.  Reigns said HHH just wanted to manipulate him.  Reigns said he would rather earn the title.

• The Usos VS Luke Harper and Erick Rowan

1. The Wyatt Family just appears on the entrance ramp
2. All 4 guys square off before the match even starts
3. Once the match officially starts, The Wyatt gets an early advantage
4. The Usos fight back
5. Crowd chanting "Usos" to try to keep them energized 
6. Bray Wyatt sees too much spirit from The Usos and orders The Wyatt Family to surround the ring
7. An all out assault happens to The Usos
8. The Usos wins via DQ
9. "Undertaker" chants
10. The Wyatt Family dismantles The Usos
11. The Undertaker's music chimes in and fire comes from the top of the ramp
12. The Undertaker's voice tells Bray Wyatt that at SS, his family will rest in peace
13. Lightning hits the four ring post
