WRESTLING RECAP: WWE NXT from 05/10/17

(www.PlaytimeCares.com) - WWE NXT is exclusively shown on the WWE Network and is worth your time, energy and effort to see it. You can see that the WWE will be around for a long time because of the talent pool that is constantly showcased here.

NXT 391 on the WWE Network:

Verdict: 3 matches and, yet again, still just a decent show.  You can see excitement building in the horizon thankfully.  This episode had 2 matches established for NXT Takeover Chicago in a couple of weeks.  

Episode tidbits: 

Ember Moon has a shoulder sprain and cannot compete in the Fatal Four Way match for the women's title at NXT Takeover Chicago.

Pete Dunne will challenge Tyler Bate for the WWE UK Championship at NXT Takeover Chicago. 

Wesley Blake thinks Drew McIntyre does not deserve a second chance and should leave NXT.  

#DIY will get a one on one tag team titles match against the Authors of Pain, but General Manager William Regal made it a ladders match.

SAnitY attacked Roderick Strong after his match with Hideo Itami off air...but the attack can be seen on here.

Match 1: Aleister Black defeats Cezar Bononi (Match Grade: C)

Another quick match by Black, against someone that movements are not quite fluid yet...but has a lot of potential.

Match 2: #DIY makes a statement by beating Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss (Match Grade: C+)

Tino and Moss started off strong, but the teamwork of #DIY proved to be too much for the gamed opponents.

Match 3: Hideo Itami puts Roderick Strong asleep to become the #1 contender for the NXT title at NXT Takeover Chicago (Match Grade: B-)

Started off slow but ended strong.  They started off with just showing technique and then ended up brutalizing each other.
