WRESTLING RECAP: WWE NXT from 05/17/17

NXT 392 on the WWE Network:

Verdict: 3 matches and with NXT Takeover Chicago a few days away, understandably, still just a decent show.  

Episode tidbits: 

Drew McIntyre called out for a match against Wesley Blake.

Roderick Strong called out SAnitY, mainly Eric Young, for a match at NXT Takeover Chicago, and Young accepted.

Hideo Itami caught Bobby Roode with another Go To Sleep (GTS) after hitting several on security guards.

Match 1: Drew McIntyre beats Sen Maluta (Match Grade: C+)

Drew's right eye kept swelling the entire match, but that did not stop him from dominating and winning.

Match 2: Sonya Deville let her hands and feet do the talking to Lacy Evans (Match Grade: C)

Both women showed power moves, but both women need to work on being more fluid in the ring and having longer exchanges with each other.

Match 3: Kassius Ohno powered up and beat Andrade "Cien" Almas (Match Grade: B)

Both competitors played to their strengths.  The crowd really got into the match.
