WRESTLING RECAP: Breaking down WWE SmackDown from 11/05/15

(www.PlaytimeCares.com) - Survivor Series (SS) Pay Per View (PPV) is only a couple of weeks away, and the WWE was planning many things for the WWE Universe.  Unfortunately, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins had a major injury and will be out of action for 6 to 9 months.  Time for the WWE writers to get a whole new direction for the WWE Universe.  Sadly, this SmackDown was just a few steps above  a yawn.  Nothing special.  Time to get those creative juices flowing WWE writers. 

Some things I still need to happen in the WWE Universe:

1. Bring back the Cruiser Weight Division
2. Make all the matches mean something to some sort of belt or rivalry.  
3. Show more of the roster.  You guys recycle the same talent too much.
4. You may wish to consider bringing the Diva's division full circle and have them with Tag Title belts, lightweight belts, etc.
5. The Tag Team Division is starting to look better than the singles division.  Get more people graduated from NXT and get that division showcased more.

• U. S. Champion Alberto Del Rio with Zeb Colter VS Neville

1. Zeb explains MexAmerica is a great nation and great state of mind that does not allow hate or haters. 
2. Del Rio dominates early but Neville fights back
3. Back and forth action
4. Neville gets caught upside down on the ropes and Del Rio does his stomp finisher from the top rope
5. Alberto gets the pin victory
6. Del Rio goes back in the ring and punishes Neville until Jack Swagger comes out
7. Del and Swagger have a stare down with "USA" chants booming from the crowd
8. Del Rio leaves the ring
9. Match Rating (MR): 2

• The Ascension vs. The Usos

1. Back and forth action
2. Crowd heavily behind The Usos with a continual "Usos" chant
3. Double kicks to the chin by both Usos to each member of The Ascension set up a frog splash
4. The Usos with the pin victory
5. MR:2

RAW recap of The Wyatt Family coming to the ring and Bray Wyatt stating he has harvested the souls of The Undertaker and Kane, thus took their powers.  Then Bray shows off that he controls the elements now.

• Prime Time Players and Lucha Dragons VS The Wyatt Family - Survivor Series Tag Team Elimination Style Match

1. Wyatt's size difference too much to ignore
2. Braun Strowman puts a submission sleeper hold on Darren Young and drops him outside the ring
3. Darren Young counted out: Wyatt Family (W.F.) 4 - Them 3
4. Titus O'Neal and the Dragons put on a good show with a mixture of speed and skill
5. "Lucha" chants
6. Discus clothesline from Luke Harper puts Sin Cara out the match: W.F. 4 - Them 2
7. While Roman and Kalisto fight in the ring, Strowman and Harper sneak attacks O'Neal
8. Full nelson slam from Roman to Kalisto ends his night: W.F. 4 - Them 1
9. Titus has the crowd really into the match by fighting them all and getting the best of Harper, but the numbers game was too much
10. Strowman softens up Titus for Bray
11. Bray puts his finishing move on Titus for the clean sweet
12. The Wyatt Family gets a total victory

Dean Ambrose interviewed about facing the Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens.  Kevin Owens comes out and lets Ambrose know that getting a pin victory on him is a lot harder one on one than the one he got from the 5 on 5 match on Raw.
 

• King Barrett VS Ryback

1. Barrett starts off aggressive and has Ryback on the defensive
2. Barrett has Ryback down but the crowd energizes Ryback with "Feed me more" chants
3. Barrett puts a sleeper hold on Ryback, but Ryback stands up and spins Barrett into a shell shock
4. Pin victory for Ryback 
5. MR: 2

SmackDown recap of Team BAD causing Natalya to lose versus Paige and then Team BAD jumping Natty after the match.

Team BAD interviewed and told that Natty would like to face the leader of Team BAD for a match tonight.  They said those mind games work on Team PCB and Team Bella, but not Team BAD.
 

• Team BAD VS Natalya

1. While Naomi and Sasha Banks both attempt to get in the ring, they both stop and Tamina gets in the ring
2. Tamina dominates
3. "We want Sasha" chants
4. Natty fights back but the numbers game hampers her efforts
5. Natty counters one more and gets a roll up victory and runs out the ring
6. Natty with a pin victory
7. MR: 2

RAW recap of Roman Reigns saying he is ready to be the World Heavyweight Champion.  Seth Rollins comes out and says it will not happen.  The Authority makes a 5 on 5 Survivors Series style match with both of them being team captains.  Team Reigns wins via DQ.

BREAKING NEWS: Seth Rollins suffered a serious injury and now Survivor Series will have a tournament to determine a new World Heavyweight Champion.

• Dean Ambrose VS Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens

1. RAW recap of Seth Rollins kneeing Kevin Owens in the head by accident and Dean Ambrose pinning and eliminating Owens from the match
2. Back and forth action with Ambrose getting the early advantage
3. Back and forth action again and then Owens gets the advantage
4. Advantages are not kept by either person for long
5. Each person gives big moves to each other
6. "Lets go Ambrose. Fight Owens fight!" chants
7. Ambrose builds momentum towards the win, but Owens goes down holding his groin after he is kicked by Ambrose
8. DQ victory for Kevin Owens
9. Referee looks at a replay on the Jumbo tron and see Owens lied about where he was kicked
10. Ambrose attacks Owens until Owens escapes through the crowd
11. MR: 2
